The Career and Technical Education Coordinator Certificate prepares candidates for endorsement of the Career and Technical Education (5093) license and prepares candidates with strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate curricula and manage educational programs effectively.

This certificate program is open to those who hold or are eligible to hold a tier II, III, or IV license in: Agriculture and Natural Resources; Business and Information Technology; Family and Consumer Sciences; Health Science; Marketing, Management & Entrepreneurship; or Technology & Engineering.

One year of successful full-time classroom teaching experience is required in one area of either Agriculture and Natural Resources, Business and Information Technology, Family and Consumer Sciences, Health Science, Marketing, Management & Entrepreneurship, or Technology & Engineering. A background check is required before admission.
