The Bachelor of Business Administration degree requirements have been designed to prepare you for success both as a student in the program and in your subsequent career.
The program is ideal for students who are interested in gaining a breadth of business knowledge. Students will experience an engaging environment that advances critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, ethical behavior, leadership, and a commitment to diversity.
Choose classes from accounting, economics, finance and business law, information technology, management, marketing, occupational safety, and supply chain. During the course of their studies, students have the option of changing their major to specialize in a specific area or to remain in the general business administration major and graduate with a respected business degree from UW-Whitewater.

Career prospects for general business majors are limitless with the potential for embarking on any number of career paths. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in business occupations is projected to grow faster than average for all occupations from 2022 to 2032. The national median salary was $76,850 in 2022 which compares to the median national wage earnings of $46,310.
