The accounting program at UW-Whitewater is designed to prepare its majors to begin a career in various parts of the profession – public accounting and corporate accounting.
The Online BBA in Accounting program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Accounting graduates can be licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a satisfactory performance on the CPA exam after completing a 150-credit BBA with majors in accounting and another discipline. A 120-credit non-CPA program is also available. Accounting graduates are qualified to take other accounting-related professional qualifying exams
Program Description
The Online Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting requirements have been designed to prepare you for success as a student in the program and your subsequent career.
The Online BBA in Accounting Degree requires a minimum of 120 credits, including: General education requirements, Business requirements, Major requirements and Electives (to bring the total to at least 120 credits).

Unofficial Transcript Review
Transfer, reentry, and second-degree seeking students can request an unofficial transcript review. An unofficial review will give you an idea of which of your credits might transfer and how those transfer credits might apply to the online bachelor’s program.
