Master of Science in Training and Talent Development

The Master of Science in Training and Talent Development (TTD) prepares professionals from any sector or industry to successfully lead workplace learning, performance, and change at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The custom instruction (CI) courses in the TTD program are delivered asynchronously online, allowing for greater flexibility to meet working adults’ personal and professional lifestyles. The TTD program also has an engaged Program Advisory Committee that provides valuable insight and guidance to influence the future direction of the curriculum and, ultimately, the talent development capabilities of the students who graduate from the program.

• Lead the Learning Function: Serve as a strategic partner with senior leadership, develop and manage human capital, implement learning projects, and evaluate technology to enhance learning

• Manage Organizational Knowledge: Serve as a catalyst for knowledge sharing, understand business technology and how it enables and encourages organizational learning
