The Bachelor of Professional Studies Leadership and Organizational Development (LOD) program is focused on enhancing the skills that students need to become leaders or advance as executives in organizations across a variety of industries. Graduates from the LOD program will expand their skills and knowledge in leading an effective organization through collaboration, organizational development and ethical decision making.
