Accelerated usually offer courses in a shorter session than the traditional semester length. For example, courses could be offered in a seven-week session to allow students to progress to degree at a faster pace.

Semester-based programs are instructor-led and are offered in the fall, spring and summer.

Competency-based programs allow you to learn independently with your instructor and build upon the knowledge you already have (often from previous study or work experience) to pass assessments and advance toward a degree or certificate. You can start any month.
